Requires the State, to the extent practicable, to plant fruit trees in new or renovated landscaping that includes trees. Authorizes persons to harvest fruit from those fruit trees. Provides that the State is not liable for any injuries or illnesses resulting from the harvesting or ingesting of fruit, including food-borne illness.

Requires commercial vendors to expeditiously remove commercial beach equipment after the customer has finished using it. Allows the Department of Land and Natural Resources to grant exemptions through rules. Establishes administrative fines for violations. (CD1)

Exempt the conveyance tax on property with a restriction on increasing the rental price or resale price above any increase in the consumer price index for at least thirty years. Removes the maximum disposition caps of the conveyance tax allocated to the Rental Housing Revolving Fund and Legacy Land Use Conservation Fund. Allocates ten per cent of the conveyance tax for homeless services and supportive housing. Creates the Homeless Services Fund.
