Authorizes prescriptions made by chiropractors for physical therapy and therapeutic massage treatment to qualify as a motor vehicle insurance personal injury protection benefit. Replaces the existing cap on the number of chiropractic treatment visits that qualify for motor vehicle insurance coverage with a number of visits that are deemed medically necessary. Amends the reimbursement amount for chiropractic treatment from $75 per visit to an amount tied to the charges, and any subsequent increases in charges, permissible under the workers' compensation supplemental medical fee schedule. Repeals the thirty-visit cap on combined naturopathic, chiropractic, and acupuncture treatments. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)

Requires individuals denied a firearm permit or otherwise disqualified from possessing firearms and certain defendants to provide a sworn statement that the individual has disposed of any firearms and ammunition in the individual's possession. Requires the applicable chief of police to search firearm permit and registration records for those individuals before serving a protective order or restraining order involving firearms or ammunition, and to seize any firearms or ammunition that were not disposed of. Requires police to seize firearms and ammunition in domestic abuse cases that are in plain view of the officer or discovered by consensual search.

Allows a landlord or landlord's agent to charge an application screening fee for certain applicants at the time a rental application is processed for residential property. Requires the landlord or landlord's agent to provide a receipt for payment of the application screening fee and a breakdown of the application screening fee. Requires the landlord or landlord's agent to return any unauthorized fee amounts to the applicant. Requires, on 5/1/2024, the office of consumer protection to produce and make available informational materials and publicize requirements regarding application fees and related rights and obligations. Clarifies that the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs shall exempt any cemetery authority from the bonding requirement and the fee requirements for license, renewal, and reinstatement upon proof satisfactory to the Director that the cemetery authority does not sell for financial profit. Effective retroactively to 09/15/2020.
