Coverage of orthotic and prosthetic devices. Sets forth requirements for coverage of orthotic devices and prosthetic devices by a state employee health plan, a policy of accident and sickness insurance, and a health maintenance organization contract. Requires, not later than October 1, 2026, the state personnel department, an insurer that issues a policy of accident and sickness insurance, and a health maintenance organization to submit a report to the insurance commissioner regarding the total number of claims and the total amount of claims paid for orthotic devices and prosthetic devices during the preceding plan year. Requires the insurance commissioner to: (1) aggregate the data received in the reports regarding coverage of orthotic devices and prosthetic devices; and (2) report the aggregated data, not later than December 1, 2026, to the standing committees of the house of representatives and the senate that consider insurance matters. Makes corresponding changes.

Abortion. Reestablishes the licensure of abortion clinics. Changes statutes concerning when an abortion may be performed. Removes the eight week limitation on the use of an abortion inducing drug. Allows, rather than requires, the revocation of a physician's license for the performance of an abortion in violation of the law.

Indiana grown produce for students program. Establishes the Indiana grown produce for students program (program) to improve the nutrition and eating habits for children through the school setting while investing in the state's agricultural and related food business economy. Establishes the Indiana grown produce for students fund (fund) to provide grants to eligible schools for the reimbursement of certain expenses. Provides that an eligible school may receive a total grant amount based on the number of meals served by the eligible school during the previous school year. Requires the department of education to: (1) develop guidelines to award grants from the fund; (2) work in collaboration with the Indiana state department of agriculture to assist eligible schools in sourcing Indiana grown produce for the purposes of the program; and (3) submit an annual report concerning the program to the legislative council.

Educator training and licensure. Establishes the paraprofessional to teacher licensure pipeline program (program) to provide grants to eligible schools for allowable expenses and to support teacher candidates interested in obtaining an initial practitioners license. Establishes the paraprofessional to teacher licensure pipeline fund (fund). Provides that the department of education (department) shall develop criteria to award grants to eligible schools. Requires the department to assist schools in obtaining additional state, federal, or private funding.

Deer hunting. Provides that, for a hunting season beginning after June 30, 2025, rifles may be used to hunt deer on public property subject to certain restrictions. Removes certain rifle case length limitations and provides that a hunter may use a rifle chambered for a centerfire rifle cartridge that fires a bullet that is at least five and fifty-six hundredths (5.56) of a millimeter in diameter or larger to hunt deer. Prohibits the department of natural resources from adopting rules regarding centerfire rifle case length limitations.
