This Act limits rent increases and sales constraints by a landlord in a home park or marina. (Flesch Readability Score: 70.1). [Reduces] Fixes at six percent maximum rent increases for rental spaces in a larger facility [to match changes to the consumer price index. Limits to 10 percent the maximum increase in rent paid by the purchaser of a dwelling or home in a facility.] beginning in 2026.
