* Section 1. Section 5, ch. 31, SLA 2008, as amended by sec. 3, ch. 12, SLA 2012, is 4
repealed. 5
* Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 6
read: 7
RETROACTIVITY AND REVIVAL. If this Act takes effect after June 30, 2023, the 8
repeal made in this Act is retroactive to June 30, 2023, and revives AS 42.45.045. 9
* Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c). 10
