BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 3
* Section 1. AS 44.12 is amended by adding a new section to read: 4
Sec. 44.12.143. Alaska Community Health Aide Appreciation Day. Alaska 5
Community Health Aide Appreciation Day is established on September 10 each year 6
to honor community health aides. Alaska Community Health Aide Appreciation Day 7
may be observed by suitable observances and exercises by civic groups and the public. 8
