"An Act extending the termination date of the Big Game Commercial Services Board; 1
extending the termination date of the Board of Massage Therapists; extending the 2
termination date of the Alaska Commission on Aging; extending the termination date of 3
the Marijuana Control Board; and providing for an effective date." 4

* Sec. 4. AS 44.66.010(a)(13) is amended to read: 1
(13) Marijuana Control Board (AS 17.38.080) - June 30, 2027 [2024]; 2
* Sec. 5. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 3
read: 4
EXEMPTION FROM AS 44.66.050(e). Sections 1 - 4 of this Act are exempt from the 5
provision of AS 44.66.050(e) that prohibits a bill from continuing or reestablishing more than 6
one board or commission. 7
* Sec. 6. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c). 8
