FOR AN ACT ENTITLED
"An Act disapproving the recommendations of the State Officers Compensation 1
Commission; and providing for an effective date." 2
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 3
* Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section 4
to read: 5
DISAPPROVAL OF THE STATE OFFICERS COMPENSATION COMMISSION'S 6
RECOMMENDATIONS. All recommendations contained in the 2025 final report of the State 7
Officers Compensation Commission are disapproved. 8
* Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c). 9
