"An Act expanding the Tanana Valley State Forest; and providing for an effective 1

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 3 
   * Section 1.  AS 41.17.400(d) is repealed and reenacted to read: 4
