FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 124 as introduced, amended, and reported by the Committee on Fiscal Responsibility and Economic Development would allow units of government that provide broadband services to receive grants awarded by the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA) from the Broadband Accessibility Grant program.
This bill will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
