House Bill 273as introduced will reduce income tax receipts to the Education Trust Fund by an
estimated minimum $1,717,500 for the fiscal year ending Sept 30, 2024, and by an estimated
$2,290,000 for each fiscal year thereafter dependent on the number of employees and employers
now eligible to claim the tax deduction provided for in this bill.
