A BILL
TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
Relating to Montgomery County; to further provide for
the salary of the members of the Montgomery County Commission.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. In Montgomery County, effective beginning
the next term of the county commission after the effective
date of this act, the salary of each member of the Montgomery
County Commission shall be increased by twelve thousand
dollars ($12,000) per year.
Section 2. This act shall become effective immediately
following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its
otherwise becoming law.
