BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. Also, the right to the use of the water from the spring situated on the said: Gurley Lot No. 1 referred to hereinabove and the easement area adjacent to said spring as the same is shown on the above mentioned plat recorded in Plat Book 6 at page 143 in the Probate Office of Marshall: County, Alabama, together with the necessary right of ingress and egress to enable the Grantee, successors and assigns, to use said. spring and also the right to lay and maintain pipes or other facilities necessary for such use over and upon that part of said Gurley Lot No. 1 specifically designated as spring easement on said plat. TRACT 2 The East half of the Southeast Fourth of the Northeast Fourth of Section 29, Township 5 South, Range 4 East, containing 20 acres, more or less. Also, the East half of the Southeast Fourth of Section 29, Township 5 South, Range 4 East, containing 80 acres, more or less, and also a. right of way 10 feet on each side of a road leading from said property above described through the property of Ovid Farr as the same is now located for right of ingress and egress.
