A BILL
TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
Relating to the City of Samson in Geneva County; to
authorize the city council to provide for the sale of draft or
keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control
Board.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. This act shall apply only to the City of
Samson in Geneva County.
Section 2. The city council of the City of Samson, by
ordinance, may authorize, regulate, and permit the sale of
draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic
Beverage Control Board in the city.
Section 3. The provisions of this act are cumulative
and supplementary and shall not be construed to repeal or
supersede any laws or parts of laws not directly inconsistent
with this act.
Section 4. This act shall become effective on the first
day of the third month following its passage and approval by
the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
