A BILL
TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
Relating to Marengo County; to repeal Section
45-46-230, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the compensation
of employees of the sheriff's department.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. Section 45-46-230, Code of Alabama 1975,
relating to the compensation of certain employees of the
sheriff's department in Marengo County, is repealed.
Section 2. This act shall become effective on the first
day of the third month following its passage and approval by
the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
