A BILL
TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
Relating to Calhoun County; to repeal Part 2 of Article
7 of Chapter 8A of Title 45, consisting of Sections 45-8A-71
through 45-8A-71.16, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to civil
service rules and regulations and the Civil Service Board of
the City of Jacksonville.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. Part 2 of Article 7 of Chapter 8A of Title
45, consisting of Sections 45-8A-71 through 45-8A-71.16, Code
of Alabama 1975, relating to civil service rules and
regulations and the Civil Service Board of the City of
Jacksonville, in Calhoun County, are repealed.
Section 2. This act shall become effective immediately
following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its
otherwise becoming law.
