Senate Bill 261 as reported by the Committee on Fiscal Responsibility and Economic
Development could increase the administrative obligations of the Attorney General to seek to:
(1) prohibit the adoption of federal laws, rules, and federal actions that may penalize, inflict
harm, or limit commercial relations or activities of a company or resident based on economic
boycott criteria; and (2) enforce the provisions of this bill.
