Senate Bill 262 as passed the Senate would appropriate $13,651,435 from the Education Trust
Fund to Tuskegee University for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024. In addition, this bill
would require at least $2 million of this appropriation to be expended for the agricultural
research and extension service state match.
