Senate Bill 27as passed the Senate would exempt agricultural authorities incorporated prior to
the effective date of this bill from municipal ordinances and regulations, unless the board of an
authority consents to any such ordinances or regulations. This could decrease receipts of
municipalities by an undetermined amount dependent on the amount of license fees or taxes that
such agricultural authority would otherwise be subject to.
