Senate Bill 335 as passed the Senate would increase the obligations of the Alabama Board of
Examiners in Counseling by a board-estimated $100,000 to establish the Alabama Licensed
Counselor Wellness Program, directed by the Alabama Licensed Counselor Wellness
Committee established by this bill, to develop, maintain and make available certain intervention
treatment and rehabilitation programs to licensed counselors.
