A BILL
TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and
corporate limits of the City of Lake View in Tuscaloosa and
Jefferson Counties.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
the City of Lake View in Tuscaloosa and Jefferson Counties are
altered and rearranged and extended to include within the
corporate limits of the city, in addition to the lands now
included, all of the following territory in Tuscaloosa County:
Lots 1A, 1B, 1, 17, 18, and 23 of Oakwood Trace Acres
as recorded in Plat Book 2018, Page 147 in the Judge of
Probate Office of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.
Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6 of the
Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing the proposed territory to
be altered and rearranged and extended from the City of Lake
View is on file and open to public inspection in the Office of
the Judge of Probate in Tuscaloosa and Jefferson Counties.
Section 3. This act shall become effective on the first
day of the third month following its passage and approval by
the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
