House Bill 148 as introduced appropriates $14,816,579 from the Education Trust Fund to
Tuskegee University for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. In addition, this bill would
require at least $2,000,000 of this appropriation to be expended for the agricultural research and
extension service state match.
