House Bill 303 as introduced would increase the proclamation expenses of the Governor, paid
from the State General Fund, by an estimated $100,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30,
2025 by proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama 2022. This bill would not
otherwise affect state or local funding.
