House Bill 326 as introduced would amend the Entertainment Industry Incentive Act of 2009 to
provide rebates for certain production expenditures for music albums of greater than $30,000 up
to $200,000; and would reserve $2 million of the current annual aggregate cap for the
production of music albums with exceptions. This bill would not otherwise affect state or local
funding.
