House Bill 354 as reported by the Committee on Urban and Rural Development would provide
that grants awarded from sales taxes collected on the sale of alcoholic beverages within a
community development district would be distributed based on the recommendation of each
legislator representing a portion of the county. This bill would not otherwise affect state or local
funding.
