A BILL
TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
Relating to Elmore County; to repeal Section 45-26-240,
Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the board of equalization.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. Section 45-26-240, Code of Alabama 1975,
relating to compensation of the members of the Elmore County
Board of Equalization, is repealed.
Section 2. This act shall become effective immediately.
