Senate Bill 100 as passed the Senate would require all loan repayments, fees, gifts, donations,
grants and bequests received by the Board of Medical Scholarship Awards to be deposited into
the Board of Medical Scholarship Awards Fund established in the State Treasury pursuant to the
provisions of this bill. This bill would further require that any monies deposited into the fund
be continuously appropriated for the purposes of the program.
