Senate Bill 39 as passed the Senate would provide for certain state-owned dams and reservoirs
to be inspected by an engineer a minimum of every four years, provided that sufficient funds
have been obtained by the participating owner of the state-owned dam or reservoir, either
through legislative appropriation or grant funds.
