Senate Bill 66 as reported by the Committee on Finance and Taxation General Fund would
make supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, from the
Youth Services Reimbursement Fund for Diversion Programs to the Department of Youth
Services in the amount of $2,243,062. 
In addition, this bill would make supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2024 from the State General Fund, the total amount of $210,827,369 to the
following agencies and entities:
