Senate Bill 66 as passed the Senate would make the following supplemental appropriations for
fiscal year 2024:
1) $2,243,062 from the Youth Services Reimbursement Fund to the Department of Youth
Services;
2) $300,000 from the Veterans' Assistance Fund to the Department of Veterans' Affairs; and
3) $215,427,369 from the State General Fund to various agencies and entities.
