Senate Bill 94 as reported by the Committee on Finance and Taxation Education would
decrease sales tax receipts to the Education Trust Fund annually, for fiscal year 2025 through
fiscal year 2029 unless extended by the Legislature, by an undetermined amount dependent upon
the amount of gross receipts derived from the sale of honey bees and their byproducts.
