Senate Bill 94 as reported by the committee on Ways and Means Education would decrease
sales tax receipts to the Education Trust Fund for fiscal years 2025 through 2029 by an
undetermined amount dependent upon the amount of gross receipts derived from the sale of
honey bees and their inputs and byproducts.
This bill would also decrease sales tax receipts to county and municipal funds for fiscal years
2025 through 2029 by an undetermined amount dependent on if the respective local
governments adopt an exemption from local sales and use tax, pursuant to this bill.
