This bill would authorize the Board of Pardons and Paroles to share electronic monitoring GPS data with local law enforcement agencies under certain circumstances. A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT Relating to pardons and paroles; to add Section 15-22-26.3 to the Code of Alabama 1975, to authorize the Board of Pardons and Paroles to share electronic monitoring GPS data with local law enforcement agencies under certain circumstances. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1.
