House Bill 326 as introduced could increase the obligations of the Alabama Department of
Workforce by an undetermined amount, to administer the provisions of this bill which could be
offset, in whole or in part, by the collection of fines of up to $100 per day for the failure of an
employer to post the required notice pursuant to the provisions of this bill.
