House Bill 44 as introduced would allow the employees of the St. Clair County DAY Program,
Incorporated to participate in the Teacher's Retirement System, provided the program must pay
all costs necessary to fund the provisions of this bill, as determined by the TRS actuary. This bill
will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
