House Bill 44 as passed by the House of Representatives would allow the employees of the St.
Clair County DAY Program, Incorporated to participate in the Teacher's Retirement System,
provided the program pay all costs necessary to fund the provisions of this bill, as determined by
the TRS actuary. This bill would not otherwise affect state or local funding.
