House Bill 484 as introduced would increase the obligations of the State Comptroller by an
undetermined amount dependent upon the cost of software and personnel required to publish
certain public expenditures to a public blockchain as provided by this bill.
This bill would also increase the obligations of the Office of Information Technology by
estimated $55,000 to develop a strategic plan to implement the provisions of this bill.
