A BILL
TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
Relating to Morgan County; to authorize charity bingo
in the City of Priceville in Morgan County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. (a) This section shall apply only to Morgan
County.
(b) In accordance with Section 52-7.00 of the
Constitution of Alabama of 2022, in the City of Priceville,
bingo games for prizes or money may be operated by nonprofit
organizations for charitable, educational, or other lawful
purposes.
Section 2. This act shall become effective on October
1, 2025.
