BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, That immediately upon the adoption of
this resolution, the following business, in the order set
forth below, shall be the special and paramount order of
business for the fifth legislative day taking precedence over
the regular order of business or any pending or unfinished
business.
Debate on each bill is limited to 10 minutes, and at
the end of each 10-minute period, the Speaker will call for a
vote on the pending BIR and any substitutes or amendments and
then the bill.
These bills are not subject to motions to carry over.
