HR____ RECOGNIZING FEBRUARY 9 THROUGH 15, 2025, AS THE
FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS OF AMERICA WEEK.
WHEREAS, the Future Business Leaders of America
(FBLA) is the largest student business organization in the
world, dedicated to preparing students for careers in
business and leadership through academic competitions,
leadership development, and educational programs; and
WHEREAS, the Jasper High School FBLA chapter is
committed to fostering leadership, career exploration, and
community service among its students; and
WHEREAS, by proclaiming February 6 through 15, 2025,
as "FBLA Week," the Legislature will recognize the
contributions and achievements of the students as they
strive to become the next generation of business and
community leaders; and
WHEREAS, the week would include various activities
such as professional development workshops, community
service initiatives, and networking opportunities to
highlight the importance of business education and
leadership skills; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, That the week of February 9 through
February 15, 2025, is recognized as the Future Business
Leaders of America Week.
