Senate Bill 109 as passed the Senate would appropriate $15,816,579 from the Education Trust
Fund to Tuskegee University for fiscal year 2026. In addition, this bill would require at least
$2,000,000 of this appropriation to be expended for the agricultural research and extension
service state match.
