Senate Bill 200 as reported by the Committee on Judiciary could increase the administrative
obligations of the Administrative Office of Courts by requiring the office to establish policies
and procedures relating to consolidation of all specialty courts into an accountability court
program.
In addition, this bill would require that accountability courts be funded as a separate line item in
the General Fund Appropriations Act.
