Senate Bill 217 as reported by the Committee on County and Municipal Government would
increase the administrative obligations of the Examiners of Public Accounts by a small
undetermined amount to keep bond financing review forms submitted by municipalities prior to
entering into a bond financing agreements, including SWAP agreements, on file and available
for public inspection for a period of seven years.
