Senate Bill 27 as introduced would increase the obligations of the Alabama Medicaid Agency by
an agency-estimated $4.7 million annually, consisting of $3.7 million in federal funds and $1
million in state funds, by providing coverage for certain noninvasive colorectal cancer screening
tests.
