Senate Bill 307 as introduced would require counties and municipalities to annually publish
certain financial information on official county and municipal websites, or certain other
websites if an official county or municipal website is not maintained. This could increase the
administrative obligations of the counties and municipalities not currently providing financial
information through online publication.
