Senate Bill 312as introduced would increase receipts to the State General Fund by
undetermined amounts dependent upon: (1) the number of government venue licenses issued by
the Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board pursuant to the provisions of this bill, at $250 per
license; (2) the number of event storage licenses issued by the ABC Board pursuant to the
provisions of this bill, at $550 per license; and (3) the amount of civil fines assessed, not to
exceed $1,000 per occurrence.
Additionally, this bill could further increase receipts to the State General Fund by an estimated
$11,500 if all current beer and wine wholesaler license holders would now purchase both a beer
wholesaler license and a wine wholesaler license at an additional $350 pursuant to the
provisions of this bill.
This bill would also increase the obligations of the ABC Board by an undetermined amount to
inspect the new licensees, establish forms, and adopt rules to enforce the provisions of this bill.
