Senate Bill 68 as passed the Senate could increase the administrative obligations of local
governing bodies to enter into mutual aid agreements with public or private agencies within the
state for reciprocal emergency management aid and assistance in case of disasters and reciprocal
aid and assistance to protect the peace, health and safety of the public.
