BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 21

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 3 -5-1204(a), concerning the scope of a 23
microbrewery-restaurant license, is amended to add an additional subdivision 24
to read as follows: 25
(10) If located in a county with a population of fifty thousand 26
(50,000) or less, to sell, deliver, or transport beer, malt beverage, or hard 27
cider manufactured by the microbrewery-restaurant to licensed retailers. 28
