BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 22

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 3 -5-1204(a), concerning the scope of a 24
microbrewery-restaurant license, is amended to add an additional subdivision 25
to read as follows: 26
(10)(A) To sell and transport beer, malt beverage, or hard cider 27
manufactured by the micro brewery-restaurant licensee to licensed retailers in 28
an amount not to exceed five thousand (5,000) barrels per year. 29
(B)(i) To sell and transport under subdivision (a)(10)(A) 30
of this section, the microbrewery -restaurant licensee shall obtain a 31
microbrewery-restaurant wholesale permit. 32
(ii) The microbrewery -restaurant licensee shall pay a 33
fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per year for the microbrewery -34
restaurant wholesale permit under subdivision (a)(10)(B)(i) of this section. 35
