BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 22

SECTION 1. The purpose of this act is to make technical corrections to 24
the Arkansas Code concerning the use of respectful language when referring to 25
individuals with disabilities. 26
